Established Commercial Talent Agency located in Los Angeles- seeking an Assistant for the Voice Over division to provide administrative and talent support to Agents. Must be a strong liaison and interface, demonstrate initiative and quick to learn in a team-oriented environment. Must thrive in fast-paced environment and seeking preferably a candidate with a college degree and 6 months experience or strong industry internships. This is a hybrid role; Monday & Friday- working remotely & Tuesday-Thursday- working in the office.

  • Review materials, manage calendars and interface with high profile clients
  • Schedule, confirm and follow up on auditions, make submissions
  • Coordinate with Casting Directors and Talent Managers
  • Serve as communications intermediary; handle heavy phone volume, manage daily call list
  • Manage confidential database and files


  • Must be tech savvy in Microsoft Office Suite, InEntertainment and graphic arts knowledge a strong +
  • 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, three days in office 2 days weekly work from home


$40K – $45K annually DOE with minimal paid overtime; must be flexible when needed
