Full-Time Coordinator / Operations Manager, New York City (Upper East Side) & New Jersey – local candidates only

OVERVIEW: Chief of Staff seeking solid, competent and highly communicative team player to join her new team with experience in or strong interest in day-to-day Operations Management. This is not an assistant role but a right hand to executive in charge of multiple estates with a staff of approximately 40.


  • Assist with employee and vendor scheduling (There will be a lot of scheduling while creating new procedures)
  • Assist Chief of Staff in restructuring and re-organizing residences and household teams
  • Seeking team playing sidekick who can make COS’s position easier and more efficient


  • Must be well organized and pay close attention to the details
  • Ability to creates systems for outstanding follow through
  • Self-starter
  • Excels when multi taking, meeting deadlines in fast paced environments
  • 1 – 2 years Family assistance experience or Operations Management experience
  • Able to prioritize urgent issues effectively, manage them proactively


  • Monday through Friday; standard hours but does require availability outside normal working hours
  • Compensation DOE + exceptional fully paid benefits, paid time off and profit-sharing plan

Must be able to travel back and forth to NJ estate from NYC/UES residence
