Provide administrative and talent support to two agents in Commercial department of well-established Talent Agency. Must be a strong liaison and interface, demonstrate initiative and quick to learn in a team-oriented environment. Must thrive in fast-paced environment and seeking candidate with a minimum one-year experience on an entertainment or commercial desk.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review materials, manage calendars and interface with high profile clients
  • Schedule, confirm and follow up on auditions
  • Coordinate with Casting Directors and Talent Managers
  • Serve as communications intermediary; handle heavy phone volume, manage daily call list and roll calls
  • Manage confidential database and files

SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS/HOURS

  • BA degree required with one year entertainment experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and familiar with LA Casting or Casting Frontier a huge + 
  • Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM; three days in office 2 days weekly work from home
  • NO ACTORS

COMPENSATION

$40K – $45K annually with minimal paid overtime; must be flexible when needed
