Entertainment industry related law firm based in Century City seeks experienced Paralegal / Music.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Music Publishing administration
• Negotiate and draft talent clearances
• Generate Master and Synch Licensing agreements
• Generate Producer and Mixer agreements
• Create systems for greater efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• 3+ years Paralegal experience from a record label, music publishing, music licensing or business and legal affairs from a music-based law firm
• Computer Skills: iManage, MS Office
• Successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
• A positive attitude and ability to adjust at a moment’s notice
• Excellent communication skills
• Resourceful at problem solving
• Pays strong attention to detail and has excellent follow through
• Highly organized and skilled in time management
• Must be fully Covid-19 vaccinated as this is FT in office position
• JD’s will not be considered

COMPENSATION

• $75K – $90K annually DOE with discretionary year-end Bonus
• Full Benefits, 401K, parking, PTO
• Hours can be 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
