EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO – Talent Management/Production, Los Angeles, CA
OVERVIEW: Provide professional high level administrative support to Partner/Producer/CEO of A-List, award winning talent management, television and film production, and endorsements with offices located in Beverly Hills. Must thrive in fast-paced environment and will be exposed and will get first-hand look at dealmaking across the board including scripted and non-scripted TV, endorsements, podcasts, licensing and business developments amongst other endeavors. Ideal position for career Executive Assistant seeking long-term opportunity or savvy entertainment Executive Assistant interested in upward mobility including opportunities to produce unscripted projects. Candidates MUST have at least 5 years prior entertainment experience supporting top level creative or C-Suite executives. Executive is a dedicated family man with terrific sense of humor

- Must be highly confident and proven Gatekeeper; able to manage competing priorities in a demanding ever- changing environment
- Able to handle sensitive and highly confidential information with utmost discretion
- Proven ability to anticipate needs, stay steps ahead and plan for challenging circumstances that may arise
- Highly resourceful and tenacity to achieve the unachievable
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, be comfortable interacting with A list talent and major industry executives
- Strong written communication skills including business writing
- Outstanding organizational skills, strong attention to detail and systems driven for strong follow through; allowing nothing to slip through the cracks
- A team player who can work collaboratively but also autonomously; able to demonstrate initiative
- Self-starter who stays on top of current trends and is proactive and responsive
- Pay meticulous attention to detail
- A professional and engaging personality and phone demeanor and high emotional intelligence
- Able to maintain a calm and cool demeanor with ability to interface with strong personalities
- Must be flexible with strong sense of commitment
- Know when and how to be assertive, professional and possess high standard of integrity and discretion
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as communications intermediary; handle heavy phone volume, manage daily call list and roll calls
- Oversee ever changing and extensive calendar
- Facilitate all aspects of travel, event planning, gift management and philanthropic endeavors.
- Ensure professional and personal life runs effortlessly and seamlessly
- Must be expert in coordinating complex travel and logistics
- Manage multiple confidential databases
SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS/HOURS
- MAC proficient; Microsoft Office, Google Suite
- 9 AM -7PM (8PM) 24/7, on call for emergencies only or when he’s traveling, dispatch coverage to others
COMPENSATION
- $100k+ DOE plus outstanding benefits, discretionary year-end bonus and 3 weeks-vacation
