OVERVIEW: This in-office position based in Salt Lake City, UT. Post Production Supervisor will supervise and motivate post-production creative personnel (up to 6 in-house freelance editors, graphic and motion designers, colorists, etc.) and serve as a liaison between Executive Producers to address any performance concerns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain clarity of information and good channels of communication between Producers, Creatives, freelancers to ensure flow of services and make sure review and approval happens at critical times.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Producers to codify and disseminate post-production best practices and policies, sourcing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and enforce compliance. Continually work to optimize process and workflow.
  • Manage workload of multiple concurrent projects to ensure that all tasks in final stages of project's production are finished on time and within budget.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Currently have six unscripted television shows in varied stages of post as well as a steady flow of development projects
  • Lead project teams and client communications.
  • Serve as the post lead throughout the production process, from pre-pro to delivery.
  • Facilitate project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.) to communicate action steps that ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
  • QC/proof all deliverables.
  • Be a contributing and collaborative member of executive team.

CHARACTERISTICS FOR SUCCESS

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in post-production focused role (Post Production Supervisor, Post Production Coordinator, ideally in unscripted Television and at least 2 years of relevant management experience
  • Professional, calm and creative in a fast-paced and highly-pressure environment.
  • Self-starter who instinctively takes charge, has a positive ‘team player’ approach, and is comfortable in dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven skills in creativity, problem-solving, follow-through, attention to detail, and priority setting.
  • Deep knowledge of post-production and production process and equipment, specifically transcoding, audio editing, audio mixing, color grading and file organization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Post Production cost efficiency expert with deep freelance artist resources
  • A keen eye on emerging media and aptitude to incorporate new capabilities into our repertoire
  • Enjoys project management and using new tools and software to help scale teams
  • Must work well under deadlines, and can over-communicate, both efficiently and in a timely manner.

DETAILS

  • Salary up to $120K + DOE

OVERVIEW: UHNW couple in Beverly Hills seeks Live-In Domestic Couple to assist with day-to-day household activities. Must have prior experience working together within a HNW household, and exhibit utmost confidentiality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Personal Housekeeper/Laundress

Manage wardrobe, laundry, closet organization, and tracking of clothing, assist Principals with preparation for day and evening engagements and provide personalized care and anticipate Principals’ needs. Will be responsible for maintaining primary bedroom, baths and closets. May need to travel with Principal as required.

Sous Chef

Assist Executive Chefs with food preparation; any restaurant experience is a plus. Care for pets; let the dogs out in the morning, buy food, feed them, wash them, take them to the vet, give vitamins, etc. Run errands and assist with household organization. Will have the downtime in the afternoon which can be spent as you wish or remain in your apartment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 to 5 years live-in housekeeping experience including wardrobe, laundry, ironing, and household organization
  • Proven success working with a team at a private estate for UHNW individuals and experience caring for pets
  • Must possess basic technology skills, excellent driving record and skills and demonstrated reliability and discretion
  • Ability to learn quickly, pay close attention to detail, as well as perform flawlessly and efficiently under exacting circumstances
  • Conversational English required
  • A clean spotless background check, criminal and driving record and eligibility to work in U.S.
  • Covid vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
  • Requires a neat, professional appearance
  • Willingness to sign a Confidentiality Agreement/NDA; discretion is a must

COMPENSATION

  • $80K – $100K per person or up to $180K+ per couple
  • Provided with personal 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, on site
  • A vehicle for your own use will be provided

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide daily support of client pitching efforts to ad agencies, PR firms, brands and more
  • Manage client brand deal executions and logistics
  • Maintain agency’s social media presence for all platforms including Facebook, IG, LI, and Twitter
  • Support backend operations
  • Maintain client materials and files
  • Assist with accounting and invoicing
  • 1/3 of time pitching and outreach to brands and buyers, pitching clients to brand briefs and talent searches
  • 1/3 of time client deal involvement and execution
  • 1/3 of time back-office management, including hiring and managing interns, creating pitch materials and invoicing

SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS/HOURS

  • 2 years-experience from a talent agency, management firm or advertising/marketing firm
  • Demonstrated ability with social platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs/Slides/Sheets  Canva and Airtable a + 

COMPENSATION

$ 75K plus commissionable bonus structure 

2 Hybrid days with ability to work remotely and 3days in office 9:30 – 6:30 or 9:00 – 6:00

OVERVIEW: Solid, well established and premiere transactional Entertainment-based law practice seeks experienced candidate to provide assistance on 2 desks: Senior Partner & Associate - representing Music talent. Work is exciting, diverse and dynamic. Office culture is inclusive, authentic and close-knit group of 50 and growing. Law firm experience required; Music experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently communicate with attorneys, colleagues, and client teams
  • Coordinate agreement approvals and execution – ensure necessary signatures are obtained
  • Track transaction negotiations and documents;
  • File, search and retrieve documents and correspondence using iManage document management system plus document naming protocol
  • Handle word processing, employing correct grammar, spelling, and formatting
  • Create spreadsheets
  • Schedule calls, video conferences, and meetings
  • Process new client/matter requests
  • Maintain contact lists and calendar
  • Enter billable time in billing program and prepare expense reports
  • Screen, direct, and prioritize incoming calls

  • BA/BS degree a plus

DETAILS:

  • Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM or 10AM – 7PM. Rare if any overtime
